in purpose-built manufacturing premises, the company designs, manufactures
and installs aluminium-framed fenestration products i.e. doors, windows

was acquired by the Joedan Group in October 2008 although there has been a close association with the group for many years. Wessex Windows was founded in 1978 and has always been based in Winchester, Hampshire. It manufactures and installs doors, windows and conservatories for homes and commercial premises including schools and public buildings. Wessex experience in the commercial market has made it the first choice for many local authorities, specifiers, schools and architects for both refurbishment and new build projects.
The acquisition of Wessex Windows will play a key role in the ongoing successful growth of the Joedan Group.
